Anugerah 2009 - FINALS

As predicted, Sarah Aqilah WON! Heartiest Congratulations to her and I believe, she has what it takes to bring Singapore Artistes to International Level =) Syabas, Sarah!

& What's next? The much anticipated and hyped about, Singapore Idol.. After the 2 episodes, I am very certain that this time round, they are NOT gonna have a "MALAY" Singapore Idol again.. and I've got this gut feeling that this time, it's gonna be a FEMALE IDOL! Whatever it is or whoever it is, I just hope HE/SHE will be the deserving WINNER =)) Too early to judge so let's just stay TUNED! =))

Tonight will be THE NIGHT.. the same show that made Hyrul Anwar and Aliff Aziz household names in Singapore, among the Malay community =))

I am not a singer neither am I a performer so I am in no place to give out any judgements. However, my personal favourite will be Sarah Aqilah =)) I think she has a package. The quality voice, sweet face and a great personality. Even if she doesn't win tonight, there will always be a place in Mediacorp for her, albeit singing or acting.. She will go far, definitely =))

OK. Here's a quick one on the placings of tonight's FINAL (solely based on my OPINION).

4th SPOT

CHIRUL

He's young, got a MANLY voice and will go far.. came from a family of singing enthusiasts, singing does flow in his blood.

3rd SPOT



KUNJUNG

A NAFA student, she is in fact, a GREAT performer. She can sing and she can dance well. You can see that she wants this badly. Maybe she really loves to be in the entertainment industry. She may not receive a lot of votes considering the HOT forum on Suria's website concerning her being a foreigner and all and after Eka Mairina, it's obvious that some Singaporeans would not want her to win. Ultimately, it's still up to the judges. Let's vote because this girl can sing and not because of her PR status etc. OK?

WAWAN

Wawan is a HOT favourite among girls so I can foresee his votings will be rocket high! It's obvious he loves ROCK. Never mind the fact that his looks and voice will swoon the girls away. Wawan is a FAVOURITE.. Rock ON, Wawan!

SARAH AQILAH

Like I said, this girl has a package. That sweet angelic face comes with a powerful voice and whenever she does a BALLAD number, she makes my hair stand up! Haha. Throughout the Anugerah journey, I'm already feeling that maybe, she's the ONE. So bring the house down tonight Sarah, then you can go ride on your bike!!
