who says goodbye is always as easy as A,B,C? I've not said my goodbyes yet, I have approximately 15 days from now.. but I can foresee how my goodbyes are gonna be.. :(
well, i have officially tendered in my resignation on 8 October 2009 and am now serving the 1 month notice. my departure wasn't a planned one. It just happened. I applied for the position sometime back mid year and wasn't hoping for an offer after the 14days deadline.. so I was taken by surprise when they called me, like 3months later, for an interview.. again, after the interview I wasn't very hopeful and was stunned and when they finally made me an offer, I coudn't resist.. Nearer to home and a slightly higher pay. So, why not?!
i hope i've made a good decision. wish me well, won't you??
i have around 10 days of relaxation and free mode before i start on the new job.. i have plans but i will have to see how it can fit into Hub's and Daniyal's schedule.. I don't wan't Daniyal to miss out on his lessons but at the same time, I wanna spend as much time as I could with him. I am also working out a flexible working hour with my new employer.. I hope to start early so I can be home by 6pm. Means, more time with Daniyal for his school work and more time with Hubby before he goes off for his daily night shift.. and lesser commuting time means lower transport fares and can reach home faster too.. =)
wish me LUCK!
