i had an eventful day out yesterday despite the fact that i had to return to work at 1pm for the signing session and Daniyal crying his eyes out and not letting me go. It ended later than i had expected but nevertheless the session turned out OK. mom 'tapau' for me some kuehs for my lunch and i was glad she did it because when i reached the edutoriam, i was famished!

after the session ended, Hub texted me to inform that he'll be picking me up.. great! not that i mind taking the public transport BUT the horrendous weather did tempt me to take a cab ride home =) so no need to waste money already..

and while waiting for the 'driver' to arrive.. camwhoring in the office is the way to go to kill some boredom.. haha!

I need some fun in my life. Think i'm lacking of it.. LOL!

Hub arrived but was without Daniyal.. *sighhhh* Reached home and Daniyal was sleeping but i think he kinda 'smelt' me because within 5 minutes, he woke up! Yeeeeehaaaaaa!!! Get him dressed before we zoooooomed to East Coast Flea market where Hubs' colleagues opened a few flea stalls.. Hm.. I had a picture taken with them but my cam's batt went dead hence unable to upload it at the moment.. Hub suggested that i SHOULD open a flea stall in the future considering the fact that i've tonnes of clothings to be sold off so the wardobe can make way for his clothes.. *sinister smile* on the other hand, i think it's the bestest idea that he has came up with and certainly looking forward for another flea@east coast.. but i'll go for carboot flea.. cheaper mah.. haha.. =) daniyal got himself a Lancer toy car, compliments from Mama Dewi.. hey, u should make us pay for it, u know?! but thanks anyway.. and the car's been stuck with him for like an overnight since yesterday.. hm... then, we jalan2 at geylang while killed time to meet hm... the inlaws.. muahahaha! had dinner (altho i didn't eat.. not that i had no appetite but i was looking forward for something else..) and what was it???????????? it was a SUPPER date with Hub.. without Daniyal but with the intrusion of Shasha.. muahaha... (pity her lah since she announced how hungry she was and yadayadayadayada).. i don't mind lah.. since she's a great eater too.. (size does deceive)..

Frankly speaking, it was my 'virgin' try on the Mee OPEH and it was Hub who have been promoting the Mee Opeh, eversince he was on permanent night shift, he has been coming here almost every night for the mee opeh with his colleagues... ish ish ish.. that explains the extra kilos he's gained eversince he's in the night shift.. hm.. he has also been telling me reviews about the mee opeh and how tasty it was.. so kinda drooled me to try it also. My verdict? 2 THUMBS UP!! power giler... LOL! and if u add the chilli padi.. wahlauuuuu... it's price is quite steep @ $8.50 so we bought one and shared it among the 3 of us and mind you, we felt full after that.. it's worth the price because the ingredients are sooo complete. 2 words: WORTH IT! =) Hub bought Chicken Wings too.. aiyoh.. don't want to post lah the pictures.. paisey arh.. hahahaha.. dahsyat OK???

So did we stop there?? Obviously NOT! I'm on another mission after that..
So what was it that made Hub 'pening kepala' with me??

didn't i say my sis is a good eater? despite feeling full she also 'layan' my kerenah for durian.. until she eat also she got so stressed up.. i had wanted to try the D24 durian but Hub said it was expensive and what if i can't finish it? i told him can 'tapau home' what.. he retorted: We've been tapau-ing durian home almost every week.. grrr! Wet blanket betullah! so we ended up buying the 3 for $10 Durian.. and the first one we opened.. Hm... it was heaven!!!!!! the flesh were soooo yellow, i like! but i like the D24 better.. muahaha!

I got to taste it.. compliments from the Apek.. think he saw how i drooled earlier on. LOL!
No lah, i think he was enjoying his fruit of labour alone and my Hub came to disturb him so out of courtesy, he gave my Hub 2 pieces.. 1 for me, 1 for my mom (at home).. LOL!!!
