On Course

I'm on course today @ Civil Service College.. Since the course is Effective Speaking and Writing with Dictionary, it was hm... alien to me now. I remembered the last time I held or used the Dictionary was when I was preparing for O levels and that was like 11 years ago?! So imagined how petrified I was when I went into the class and all I saw was, DICTIONARIES.. Cambridge, Oxford and what have yous. On top of that, except for one, the other course mates are.. strangers and sorry to say this but I think they are as old as my mom.. LOL! The trainer was good though and she did all she could so we don't fall asleep.

I think Daniyal has caught the flu bug from me and he was complaining yesterday that his right ear was painful. Took his temperature immediately and fed him "Brufen" ( u know the fever medicine that's for kids whose temperature is above 38.5 deg) .. I was quite annoyed with hubby.. He actually waited for me to come home before administering Daniyal with the medicine. I literally 'forced' him to take urgent leave today.. and send Daniyal to the doctor so imagine how furious I was when he sms-ed me earlier and informed that they are not going to the doctor at all.. I think if MEN can become pregnant and give birth, they will realised how difficult it is to raise a child, care for a child and most importantly, how devastating it is to lose a child.. :( Oh, and my hubby.. (knowing that he has to take urgent leave, after much discussions and hesitations) could sleep the night through.. and I had to like wake up every hour just to ensure that Daniyal's temperature is below 38deg and he's comfortable..

And now.... as I'm writing this, he called me and finally, at the doctor, BUT complained about the long Q at the clinic.. WTH?! I hate to be 'wishy-washy' about stuffs and I personally hate to nag so all i said was, " It's been eons since you last cared for Daniyal. Now is the time.. so don't complain! " That said, end of conversation! But of course I'm waiting to reach home at 6pm today to see if the medicines are administered to Daniyal.. which I am 100% sure, he won't because Daniyal can turn real nasty and cranky when we feed him medicine. It will take tonnes of patience to finally coax him to take his medicine and talking about patience, my hubby has none of it! Give him 5 minutes.. he'll surrender.. So I AM expecting 'unopened' and 'unconsumed' medicines when I reached home today. Haiz... Wow.. been ranting quite a lot.. I must have felt pissed huh.. hehehe..

And before I forget.......... waaa! Someone is ALL READY to go Europe huh?? Tickets bought, Eurostar confirmed.. So, if you are reading this.... I've decided not to get LV but LongChamps instead.. hee hee... time is limited lah Abg B.. so cant go yr blog to inform u.. but hey, U've been very busy lately huh??!!!!! :P Kirim Salam Datin Royyy hor... & nenek has been asking about US.. its high time we do an event for the family....

Gotta get back to the class now... Chiaoz...!!!!!
