Annual CNY Visit

Off we were to Uncle Andrew's house for a CNY visit. Zabberdy wasn't in, happily enjoying his CNY in Tokyo so no snapshots of him this time, again. Haiz.

Daniyal practised hard at home to wish his Ah-Kong Gong Xi Fa Cai.. but when he reached Uncle Andrew's home, he just said.. "Ah Kong, Gong Xi.. Xi Ni" Whatever that means. LOL.

Uncle Andrew very 'garang' looking huh? But, trust me, he's a nice guy!

I will always remember how I met Uncle Andrew, the first time, during my wedding and I had no idea that he IS related to Hub. So, imagined how 'gong-ed' I looked when Hub introduced him as his Uncle. Not only that, when Hub introduced me to his Chinese grandfather, I swore I almost fainted!

I knew before I had gotten married that Hub has Chinese blood in him, but I didn't know that he was still in contact with them and is very close too. After the CNY visit in 2008 last year, Uncle Andrew had emailed me and said,

" You know, you are welcome to my home anytime.. Not only CNY.. We'd love to have the cheeky monkey (Daniyal) around "

Haha!

True enough, Last Saturday, he had a blast laughing at the cheeky monkey's antics..
