the art of massage

I had a massage last Friday night and I must say that it was the BEST massage that I've had so far. I must say that the masseuse, Kak Wati, is a skilfull person with lots of knowledge. Although I felt pain, I tried my best to endure them so that one day all my 'urat tegangs' will all go away.. Throughout the massage I was practically gritting my teeth and at times, I did bite the pillow. LOL! Daniyal who was with me throughout the session kept asking me if I was in pain.. and at one point, I did grab his arms and he exclaimed.." Ouch, sakit lah mama.. ".. hahaha..

The highlight of the massage, was when she cracked my backbone, shoulder blades and neck.. You could practically hear the bones went "crack, crack" because it was loud.. How loud? So loud that Daniyal who was beside me, stood up immediately after the first crack and ran onto the sofa while shouting "scared!scared!".. hahaha.. she did it on the right and then to the left.. ooo..

Another highlight was when she used a 50cent coin to 'scrap' the veins that has a lot of wind in them. I swore I hated it BUT I had no choice but to do it. Failure to do so, may encourage the 'wind' to seep through the bones and then it'll be difficult to have it cured. So after the 'coin scrapping' my back, neck and arms were filled with bruises like 'pontianak claws'.. Hub who saw it was a bit shocked because it was loonggg and blue-blacked.. haha. He said, he is NEVER gonna do that and was cuious why I did... haha. If the pics were not RA-ed I would have posted them in here.. but sorry hor... cannot show lah.. so malu.. :D

Well.. it's not over yet.. i think a few more sessions and insyaallah, I would feel better.. especially my back because when I gave birth, apparently my confinement lady did not do much to my back and hence, the constant backache lah.. see, it's important that you get the correct and knowledgeable confinement lady, ok.

Ok.. off to fetch Hub from work.. Till then, Gong Xi Fa Cai!
