Daniyal's Graduation Concert 2008

Just a snippets of Daniyal's Graduation Concert held at Tampines Regional Library this morning. Those kids are sooo damn cute!

The concert was fun and I could see that the kids enjoyed it thoroughly. As for Daniyal, he seemed a bit shy and was quite nervous with his performance. He danced a Chinese number and another dance item called, Come On & Party!!

The costumes looked good on him. Have to look good because I paid $60 for 2 sets of costumes. Afterall, this was his first and last performance with Sunshine Kids Care Centre. Let's just say, the Principal and I had many issues and I couldn't stand it anymore.. and I have withdrew him from the centre.. I guess anywhere in SG, the "skin colour" does play a part.. & if you come from an average-income family, no one will look up to you as compared to those kids whose parents send and fetch them in bloody damn BIG cars.. as per norm, people "judge" you on the outlook and materialism are just one of those things.. Maybe you think I'm being too sensitive? Well, if you send your child to school and was at the front door, together with other children parents and the Principal didn't even bother to acknowledge you but acknowledged the rest of the parents, how would that makes you feel? I did feel something, but I didn't let that bother me. In fact, I put it down as unproffessional attitude. To think it comes from a Principal.. bah!
