The preparations for Hari Raya is currently undergoing and am getting me all stressed and tired out..
Despite all the tireness, I'm craving for cheesecakes so I intend to make them myself.. went online to look for the recipe.. initially, I couldn't find them.. or rather, the exact recipe because all the recipe that I found are either modified or simply without detailed explanation.. However, went I logged into singaporebrides.com I finally found what I wanted...
And here are the results.. very satisfying even Mom who is not a cheesecake lover gave her thumbs up..
