.. and a post at this hour??

reason is, i couldn't get to sleep, i'm aching all over after conquering the whole of Bugis St for my baby's sister's sake who went shopping like there's no tomorrow.. oh well, countless number of tops she bought, a pair of shoes, 2 belts, a necklace, a new bag and.. and... gosh! i lost count!! *rolled eyes*

before that was a late lunch @ Newton Food Centre, compliments from yours truly as a treat to my baby sister for doing so well in her O levels.. well, she has already secured a place in NYP in the Dip in Nursing but this 'gatal' girl has appealed to do a diploma in molecular biotechnology after she weighed her interest and finally she realised that she's more of a 'research' person.. gatal kan?? so yours truly had to write to NYP for the appeal and we're now awaiting for the outcome.. we think it shouldn't be a problem because she meets all the requirements for combined science and biology but, NYP may not grant.. let's see what happens.. =)

after Bugis, we zooooomed to John Little Sale at the Singapore Expo.. and and... i bought a nursing pillow to aid in the breastfeeding and pillow sets for the twins.. i know it may be a bit too early but the price is like so so cheap!!! if you haven't heard, my last visit to the gynae i was told of the twins' gender, which brought smiles to dear Hub's face.. and if everything goes well and gynae is correct then we are expecting both twins to be girls.. =) however, as i'm due for a detailed scan at East Shore Hospital, we can confirm it again next month.. but let's hope it stays that way, yeah?? So that brought us to the scenario while choosing the pillow sets for our twins..

Hub: So, what colour?
Me: Hm.. let's play it safe and buy a unisex colour.
Hub: Yellow??
Me: Hm... OK (tho' PINK was like the obvious choice)

We settled for 1 Yellow pillow set and Daniyal had to remind us that I am carrying 2.. so he took another Yellow pillow set (tho' I had wanted PINK badly)..

20mins later before we head to Cashier..

Me: Hm.. Dear, don't u think we should just take PINK?? it's so desirable...
Hub: But... what if it turns out the other way..
Me: (pausing n thinking hard) then.. we shall just buy pillow covers in other colours to cover the PINK!
Hub: Hm... Oklah. (i know he wants PINK too but he's too egoistic to admit.. lol)

So there.. I'm a HAPPY MOM! and fyi, the nursing pillow to aid in breastfeeding? It's in PINK too! LOL!! Sorry, but that's HOW MUCH i trust my gynae.. LOL!
